Worship Services

Welcome! It is our pleasure to invite you to worship with us at the West Hartford United Methodist Church. We strive to provide an opportunity for open worship of the Lord, strong fellowship among believers, and growth in the Spirit among individuals and the congregation.

Communion is offered the first Sunday of every month during both services as well as at the Wednesday Early Communion service.

JAM (Jesus And Me) is offered during both services to children ages preschool through 5th Grade. Child care is provided for infants through 3 yr olds. One of our greeters will be glad to help you find the nursery.

Wednesday Early Communion Service

An Early Communion* service occurs on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30am. This short, mid-week service (lasting approximately 30 minutes) provides an opportunity for prayer, reflection and the partaking of the Holy sacrament. The service is followed by coffee, cake, and fellowship.
*The United Methodist Church practices an open communion, meaning that you do not have to be member of our church or the United Methodist Church in order to partake of the sacrament.

We invite you to come as you are, be a part of the family, and share with us our joy in celebration of the message of Jesus Christ.
